Pinnacle NW Bath Remodel is a fixed-price remodeling contractor serving Portland, Oregon and the surrounding metro. We take on whole-home renovations under one accountable, written contract, coordinating every room and every trade with daily photo updates and a 3-year workmanship warranty, so you know the plan and the price before demolition begins. Oregon CCB #258040. Licensed, bonded, and insured.

  • Is my Portland metro whole-home remodel really one fixed price? Yes. The price for your agreed scope is set in writing in a single contract before demolition begins, so you are not exposed to surprise change orders for the work you signed off on.
  • Are you licensed and insured to remodel homes in Oregon? Yes. Pinnacle NW LLC holds Oregon CCB #258040 and is bonded and insured.
  • How long does a full home remodel in the Portland metro take? Timelines depend on the size of your home and how many rooms are in the scope.
  • Can I stay in my Portland metro home during the remodel? It depends on the scope and which rooms are being worked at once, which is exactly why the clear schedule matters so much.

How does a fixed-price full home remodel work in Portland?

A fixed-price full home remodel means the number for your agreed scope is written into a single contract before any demolition starts, so the plan and the price for the entire project are settled up front instead of drifting room by room. A whole-home renovation is the largest, most disruptive project most homeowners will ever take on, and it is also the one most likely to spiral when it is run loosely. Multiple rooms, multiple trades, and months of work create dozens of hand-offs, and every loose hand-off is a place where the timeline slips and the running total climbs. We built Pinnacle NW to remove that risk. Before work begins, you receive a written scope that lists exactly what is included in every room, the materials selected, and a schedule you can hold us to. When you approve it, that scope is what we build. If you decide to add or change something along the way, we price the change clearly and get your sign-off before we proceed. You never come home to a surprise line item for work you did not authorize.

One contract also means one point of accountability. On a whole-home project run by separate crews, you become the middle person, refereeing between a kitchen installer, a bathroom crew, an electrician, a flooring team, and a finish carpenter who have never worked together and each blame the other when the schedule breaks. We own the entire scope from the first day of demolition to the final walkthrough. We sequence the trades, keep the site organized and protected, and keep you informed, so a project this size stays coordinated instead of turning into a series of disconnected jobs stitched together in your living room.

What does full home remodeling with Pinnacle NW include?

Full home remodeling brings the kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces, and finish details of your house under one coordinated renovation. Most whole-home projects combine the same core scopes we handle every day: kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, custom cabinetry, and finish carpentry, sequenced together so the whole house moves as one project rather than a stack of separate ones. Because a single team plans the order of operations, the demolition, the rough-ins, and the rebuild in each room are staged to support each other instead of colliding.

If you are not sure a whole-home project is the right scope, our residential remodeling services page walks through every project type we take on, large or small.

Whole-home work is also the right moment to correct the things that are far more disruptive to reach later. With walls open across the house, undersized circuits, awkward layouts, aging supply lines, and tired surfaces can be addressed in one coordinated pass rather than in a string of separate, repeated disruptions over the years. We plan those updates into the written scope up front, so the improvements you want and the corrections your home needs are priced and scheduled before the first day on site, not discovered as surprises halfway through.

Finish carpentry is what ties a whole-home remodel together. Trim, crown, custom built-ins, panel work, and clean transitions between rooms are the details that make a renovated house read as one considered project rather than a set of rooms remodeled at different times. Our crews treat finish carpentry as its own craft, not an afterthought rushed at the end, and across a full home that consistency is what makes the result feel finished.

How does the Pinnacle Promise apply to a whole-home renovation?

The Pinnacle Promise applies to your whole-home project as a written set of commitments in your contract, not a slogan on a wall. Every promise is something you can point to and hold us to, and on a project this large each one matters more, not less. Fixed-price contracts mean your price is set in writing before work starts, with no surprise change orders for the scope you approved. Daily photo updates mean you see progress every construction day, which is especially valuable across a multi-month renovation when different rooms are at different stages and you want to know exactly where things stand. Clear schedules mean you know the timeline before the first day on site, so you can plan your household around the weeks the work is underway.

Vetted crews only means experienced, screened trades on your home, not a rotating cast of unknown subs walking through your family's space for months. The completion guarantee means we finish the job and close out every punch-list item at a final walkthrough, room by room, rather than disappearing at ninety percent done. And the 3-year workmanship warranty means our work is backed for three years after completion. If something we built is not right, we make it right. Taken together, these are the specific answers to the specific ways whole-home projects go wrong elsewhere, which is exactly why they are written down.

What affects the cost of a full home remodel in Portland?

The cost of a whole-home remodel depends on your specific house and the scope you choose, which is why we price every project individually rather than quoting a number sight unseen. The biggest factors are the size of your home and how many rooms are in the scope, the condition of what is behind the walls, and how far you want to take each space, from a refresh of surfaces and finishes to a full reconfiguration of the layout. Structural changes, plumbing and electrical updates, and the materials and finishes you select all move the number, and older Portland homes in particular can carry hidden conditions that a thorough walkthrough is meant to surface before anything is committed to writing.

Rather than publish a misleading range that ignores all of that, we come to your home, walk the full scope with you, and put a clear, fixed price in writing for the project you actually want. That way the number reflects your house, not an average, and there are no surprise costs appearing later. To get an accurate figure for your home, request a free estimate and we will walk your space in person.

Do you handle full home remodels outside Portland?

Yes. We take on whole-home renovations across the Portland metro, and we come to you. Beyond Portland itself, we regularly serve Lake Oswego, Beaverton, Tigard, West Linn, Happy Valley, Clackamas, and Oregon City. The one-contract, fixed-price process, the daily updates, and the 3-year workmanship warranty are the same wherever you are in our service area.

Planning a whole-home project usually means several scopes at once. You can dig into the details on our Portland kitchen remodeling and Portland bathroom remodeling pages, compare every scope on our remodeling services hub, or review the full Portland metro service area we cover.

Materials

Materials that run through a whole-home project

Flooring runs throughout in hardwood, LVP or tile. Carrying one material across rooms is usually what makes a multi-room remodel read as one project rather than several separate ones.

Kitchens and baths inside a whole-home scope use the same materials they would on their own: quartz, granite, marble, butcher block or laminate on countertops, tile at the backsplash and in the showers, and new cabinet boxes or refaced doors depending on what the existing boxes are worth.

Questions

Portland full home remodeling FAQs

Is my Portland metro whole-home remodel really one fixed price?

Yes. The price for your agreed scope is set in writing in a single contract before demolition begins, so you are not exposed to surprise change orders for the work you signed off on. If you choose to change the scope during the project, we price it clearly and get your approval before proceeding.

Are you licensed and insured to remodel homes in Oregon?

Yes. Pinnacle NW LLC holds Oregon CCB #258040 and is bonded and insured.

How long does a full home remodel in the Portland metro take?

Timelines depend on the size of your home and how many rooms are in the scope. You receive a clear schedule before the first day on site, and daily photo updates during construction so you can follow progress room by room. We share a realistic timeline for your specific home during the estimate, rather than a one-size number.

Can I stay in my Portland metro home during the remodel?

It depends on the scope and which rooms are being worked at once, which is exactly why the clear schedule matters so much. We plan the sequence to keep disruption as contained as the project allows, and we keep the site organized and protected so the parts of your home that are not under construction stay as livable as possible. We will talk through what to expect during the estimate.

Do you handle the kitchen, bathrooms, and finish work in the Portland metro under one contract?

Yes. Kitchen, bathrooms, cabinetry, surfaces, lighting, and finish carpentry are coordinated under one accountable contract, so you are not managing separate crews who have never worked together. One team owns the sequence from demolition to final walkthrough.

Our Service Radius

Where we work from, and how far that reaches

Our shop is on SE Blanton Street in the Oak Grove area of Clackamas County, on Oregon 99E, the road most people here call McLoughlin Boulevard. Wikipedia puts that stretch about eight miles north of downtown Portland and about four miles south of Oregon City, and those two directions are most of our week.

South and east on 99E and I-205 covers Gladstone, Oregon City, West Linn and Happy Valley, with Oregon 224 running out to Clackamas where it becomes the Sunrise Expressway. North on 99E puts us in Portland where it becomes the Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Grand Avenue couplet. West over I-205 and I-5 reaches Lake Oswego on Oregon 43, then Tualatin where I-5 and I-205 meet, and up Oregon 217 to Tigard and Beaverton at the U.S. 26 interchange. U.S. 26 carries us out to Cedar Mill and Bethany. Across the Columbia we take either the Interstate Bridge on I-5 or the Glenn L. Jackson Memorial Bridge on I-205 into Clark County.

We come to you for the estimate anywhere in that radius. If your town is not on our service area page, call and ask, because the list is shorter than the map.
