Pinnacle NW Bath Remodel holds a 5.0 star rating from 27 Google reviews. That is our complete public review record, and you can read every one of them on our Google Business Profile. Across those reviews, kitchen remodeling comes up most often, followed by how quickly we turn work around, mold removal, and the level of detail in our quotes. We do not reprint review text here that we have not pulled directly from Google, so the link out is the honest version. Oregon CCB #258040. Licensed, bonded, and insured.
- How many reviews does Pinnacle NW have? Twenty-two, all on Google, averaging 5.0 stars. That is the only review figure we have, so it is the only one you will see on this site.
- Why are there no written testimonials on this page? Because we will not publish review text we have not pulled directly from Google.
- What do the reviews talk about most? Kitchen remodels lead by a wide margin. After that, the most common subjects are quick turnaround, mold removal, and how detailed our quotes are.
- Are you licensed and insured in Oregon? Yes. Pinnacle NW LLC holds Oregon CCB #258040 and is bonded and insured in Oregon.
The Patterns
What homeowners bring up most
Read these 22 reviews back to back and the same four subjects keep surfacing. Here they are in the order they appear most.
Kitchen remodels
The single most mentioned topic in our reviews. Kitchens are our flagship work, and they are what most people write about afterward. If you want the detail on how we scope one, that lives on our Portland kitchen remodeling page.
Quick turnaround
Speed is the second theme. Homeowners write about how fast the work moved once it started, and about not waiting around between phases. Clear schedules and vetted crews are the reason that shows up as often as it does.
Mold removal
Mold work comes up third. It is usually a discovery mid-project, and the reviews that mention it tend to be about handling it properly instead of covering it up. More on that on our mold remediation page.
Detailed quoting
The fourth recurring subject is the quote itself. People notice when a bid spells out what is included instead of handing over one number with no breakdown. That detail is what makes a fixed price hold.
Why we send you to Google instead of quoting reviews here
A testimonial page is the easiest thing on a contractor website to fake, and most homeowners already know that. A wall of glowing paragraphs with first names and last initials proves nothing, because nobody can check any of it. Our reviews live on Google, under real accounts, with dates attached, and Google will not let us edit a word of them. So rather than retype them into a layout we control, we point you at the source. Twenty-two reviews is not a huge number. It is an honest one, and every one of them is verifiable in about ten seconds.
What a 5.0 average does and does not tell you
It tells you that nobody has publicly said we did them wrong. It does not tell you whether we are right for your specific project, and we would rather you find that out before you sign anything than after. So read the reviews, then call us and ask the harder questions. Ask what happens if we open a wall and find rot. Ask how a change order gets priced. Ask what the schedule looks like if a fixture is backordered. The answers to those are what actually predict how your remodel goes, and we will give them to you straight over the phone.

Bathroom in Salem! Clean, concise, efficient!

Daniel (owner) was doing an installation next door. My 83 year old mom needed to have her new bed lowered. The posts the bed sat upon were 8 inches high, and my Mom is about 4'11". Daniel and his assistant came after they finished their project, and spent 35 minutes cutting my Mom's bedposts in half to accommodate her height. It's now a perfect height. His kindness towards my Mom really touched our hearts. He had us only pay his assistant. He just asked if I could write a review. This was the easiest 5 star review that I've ever done. I highly recommend Pinnacle NW for any of your bathroom and kitchen plans.

I’ve partnered with Pinnacle Construction on multiple projects in the Portland area, including bathroom remodeling, and have nothing but good things to say. Their team is professional, communicative, and takes pride in doing things the right way. Jobs are well organized, timelines are clear, and expectations are set upfront — which makes working together smooth and efficient. They treat homeowners with respect, keep job sites clean, and don’t cut corners. It’s clear they care about quality workmanship and their reputation, not just getting in and out. I’m always confident referring clients their way for bathroom remodels and other construction projects in Portland, and I look forward to continuing to work with them. Highly recommend.

Finding reliable professionals to take on smaller projects, especially around the holidays, is never easy. I was referred to Pinnacle by my neighbor and got a fast response. Replacing an outlet and making sure some wiring from the prior homeowner was done right is possibly their smallest project, but they didn't treat me like it. Replies were fast; they came out to see the project, while others wanted a few hundred to even do that, gave an estimate only a few hours later, and booked a time to fix it later this week. They were on-time, friendly, and the lights are back on fast, and the issue was resolved. From the first message to being fixed in just a few days! Would recommend again and plan to contact for some other future home projects!
★★★★★
Responsive! High standards for fixing mold and water damage, reasonable price. Pinnacle got back to me quickly, provided a detailed quote -- I was never uncertain about what I was going to owe them-- worked with my schedule, and cleaned up a serious health threat beautifully. They tore down water damaged cabinets and reinforced or replaced every portion of the wall behind them in a couple days, with external health and safety reports verifying their work. They're a newer, smaller company, but the communication was great and I will definitely recommend them.

Have these guys come out and do a bathroom remodel for me and couldn’t be more happier with the work! Work was done quick with quality and very good communication. Everything is done exactly how I want it.
★★★★★
I engaged Pinnacle Construction for a full kitchen renovation, including structural work and custom cabinetry. Overall experience: Excellent. They offered thoughtful design suggestions I hadn’t considered. The crew was professional, fastidious, and often went “above and beyond” to keep the project running smoothly. They were consistently communicative, upfront about delays, and flexible with changes—a rarity in my experience. The site was clean daily, and disruption was minimal—even though I worked from home. They provided a detailed contract, closely adhered to the agreed budget, and handled change orders transparently. Overall a great company to work with!

We recently had our living room, kitchen, and bathroom fully remodeled by Pinnacl Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and professional. The team was punctual, respectful of our home, and clearly skilled at what they do. The attention to detail was next level! our living room feels more open and modern, the kitchen looks like it came straight out of a magazine, and the bathroom transformation is just stunning. What really stood out was their communication. They kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything was done exactly how we envisioned it. If you’re thinking about remodeling your home, I highly recommend Pinnacl Construction. They truly brought our vision to life and exceeded all expectations.
How We Earn Them
The work behind the rating
Reviews are an outcome, not a strategy. These are the commitments that produce them, and every one is written into your contract.
A quote with the detail in it
You get a written scope that spells out what is included before a price is attached to it. That is the part reviewers keep calling out.
Fixed price, no hidden fees
The price for your approved scope is set in writing before work starts. Nothing gets added quietly at the end.
We stick to the schedule
A clear schedule goes out before the first day on site, and the crew works to it. Quick turnaround is a review theme for a reason.
Daily photo updates
You see progress every day of construction, even from your desk at work. Nobody has to chase us for a status.
Permits pulled when required
If your project needs a permit, we pull it. Every time. That is not a feature, it is the floor.
3-year workmanship warranty
Our workmanship is backed for three years after completion. If something we built is not right, we come back and fix it.
