Where we work from, and how far that reaches
Our shop is on SE Blanton Street in the Oak Grove area of Clackamas County, on Oregon 99E, the road most people here call McLoughlin Boulevard. Wikipedia puts that stretch about eight miles north of downtown Portland and about four miles south of Oregon City, and those two directions are most of our week.
South and east on 99E and I-205 covers Gladstone, Oregon City, West Linn and Happy Valley, with Oregon 224 running out to Clackamas where it becomes the Sunrise Expressway. North on 99E puts us in Portland where it becomes the Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Grand Avenue couplet. West over I-205 and I-5 reaches Lake Oswego on Oregon 43, then Tualatin where I-5 and I-205 meet, and up Oregon 217 to Tigard and Beaverton at the U.S. 26 interchange. U.S. 26 carries us out to Cedar Mill and Bethany. Across the Columbia we take either the Interstate Bridge on I-5 or the Glenn L. Jackson Memorial Bridge on I-205 into Clark County.

Materials
Materials we work in
Across kitchens, bathrooms, decks and whole-home work we install quartz, granite, marble, butcher block and laminate countertops, floor and wall tile, heated floors, LVP, hardwood, and cabinetry as new boxes or refaced doors.
Decks go in pressure-treated lumber, cedar, composite such as Trex or TimberTech, and hardwoods. If a material you want is not on this list, ask us during the walkthrough.

Finding reliable professionals to take on smaller projects, especially around the holidays, is never easy. I was referred to Pinnacle by my neighbor and got a fast response. Replacing an outlet and making sure some wiring from the prior homeowner was done right is possibly their smallest project, but they didn't treat me like it. Replies were fast; they came out to see the project, while others wanted a few hundred to even do that, gave an estimate only a few hours later, and booked a time to fix it later this week. They were on-time, friendly, and the lights are back on fast, and the issue was resolved. From the first message to being fixed in just a few days! Responsive! High standards for fixing mold and water damage, reasonable price. Pinnacle got back to me quickly, provided a detailed quote -- I was never uncertain about what I was going to owe them-- worked with my schedule, and cleaned up a serious health threat beautifully. They tore down water damaged cabinets and reinforced or replaced every portion of the wall behind them in a couple days, with external health and safety reports verifying their work. They're a newer, smaller company, but the communication was great and I will definitely recommend them.
