Pinnacle NW Bath Remodel is a fixed-price bathroom remodeling contractor serving Portland, Oregon and the surrounding metro. We handle full bath remodels, custom tile showers, fixture and vanity replacement, and finish work on a written contract, with daily photo updates and a 3-year workmanship warranty. Oregon CCB #258040. Licensed, bonded, and insured.

  • Do you give a fixed price for a Portland bathroom remodel? Yes. After we walk your bathroom and agree on the scope, we put a fixed price in writing before work begins.
  • Are you licensed and insured to remodel bathrooms in Oregon? Yes. Pinnacle NW LLC holds Oregon CCB #258040 and is bonded and insured.
  • What areas of the Portland metro do you build bathrooms in? We remodel bathrooms across the Portland, Oregon metro, including Lake Oswego, Beaverton, Tigard, West Linn, Happy Valley, Clackamas, and Oregon City.
  • How do you handle waterproofing behind the tile in a wet Portland winter? We treat waterproofing as seriously as the finish you see. Showers, tub surrounds, and wet areas are built on proper substrate with waterproofing behind the tile before we set a single piece, because that hidden layer is what protects your home over the long run in a wet climate.

Bathroom Remodeling in Portland

What does a Portland bathroom remodel with Pinnacle NW include?

A Pinnacle NW bathroom remodel is a coordinated, single-contract project that covers demolition, waterproofing, tile, fixtures, and finish carpentry, all priced in writing before the first day on site.

Behind the tile in any bathroom sit the plumbing, the waterproofing and the framing, which is where a rushed contractor cuts corners. We scope the whole project up front, put the price in writing, and run the job on a schedule you can hold us to, and daily photo updates show you what is happening behind the wall. Every bathroom we build runs on the same fixed-price contract, daily photo updates, and 3-year workmanship warranty that define the Pinnacle Promise.

Below is the work a typical bathroom remodel covers. Every scope is quoted for your specific space and your goals, so a small guest bath and a full primary suite are priced honestly for what each one actually needs.

What We Build

Bathroom remodeling scopes we handle

■

Full bathroom remodels

A full bath remodel takes the room down to the studs and rebuilds it around a plan you sign off on first. We coordinate demolition, plumbing and electrical rough-in, waterproofing, tile, fixtures, and finish carpentry under one accountable contract, so a primary suite, hall bath, or basement bathroom comes back together on schedule without a rotating cast of unknown subs.

■

Custom tile showers and wet areas

In tile and shower work we treat waterproofing as seriously as the finish you see. We build custom tile showers, tub surrounds, niches, benches, and curbless walk-in showers with proper substrate and waterproofing behind the tile, then set the tile to a clean, deliberate layout that holds up in a wet Pacific Northwest climate.

■

Fixtures, vanities, and lighting

This scope covers the pieces you use every day. We set vanities, toilets, tubs, faucets, shower valves, mirrors, and lighting so everything lines up, drains correctly, and functions the way it should. Where the layout benefits from it, we can relocate plumbing and add the outlets and lighting a modern bathroom needs.

■

Finish work and final details

Finish work is the last layer of the room. Our crews handle drywall, trim, paint, flooring transitions, hardware, and the small details that make a bathroom feel complete. A final walkthrough closes out every punch-list item before we call the job done, and the workmanship is backed for three years.

Not sure which scope fits your bathroom? Request a fixed-price estimate and we will walk your space and put a written plan in front of you.

Why Homeowners Choose Us

The Pinnacle way versus the typical bathroom remodel

The Pinnacle way replaces the guesswork of a typical remodel with a written price, a clear schedule, and daily visibility into the work.

●

The Pinnacle way

Fixed price in writing before demolition, so you know the number up front.

Clear schedule you can hold us to, shared before the first day.

Daily photo updates so you see progress even when you are at work.

Vetted crews only, screened and experienced, on your home.

3-year workmanship warranty and a final walkthrough that closes out every item.

●

The typical remodel

A loose estimate that drifts as surprise change orders stack up.

A vague timeline with no clear commitment on completion.

Little visibility unless you are on site to check the work yourself.

A rotating cast of unknown subs coming and going from your home.

A punch list left half-finished after the crew has moved on.

Compare Your Options

Three levels of Portland bathroom remodel

The useful comparison between these scopes is how deep the work goes behind the tile. Your written scope names the level before demolition starts.

Where We Work

Bathroom remodeling across the Portland metro

We build bathrooms throughout the Portland, Oregon metro, and we come to you. Explore your city for local project detail.

A bathroom is often the first room of a larger plan. Many clients pair it with kitchen remodeling, step up to full home remodeling, or need mold remediation once the old shower comes out. Financing is available on bathroom remodels, the same as on our other remodeling projects; ask at the estimate or read up on financing for your remodel first.

Materials

Materials we work in on a bathroom remodel

Tile is most of the work. Floor tile, wall tile and heated floors get set level, grouted cleanly and sealed properly so they stay that way. LVP is the option when you want the look without the tile budget.

Showers run from custom tile builds to prefab units, walk-in conversions and soaking tubs, and all of them start with the waterproofing behind the finish. The membranes used for that work are systems such as Schluter Kerdi, RedGard and Wedi board. Ask any contractor which one is going behind your tile and how they test it before the tile goes on.

Vanities, plumbing rough-in, mirrors, lighting and exhaust fans sit in the same scope, including a quartz vanity top when that is the choice.

How It Works

How does fixed-price bathroom remodeling work?

Fixed-price remodeling means we scope your bathroom in detail, quote a set price in writing before work begins, and hold that price for the work you approved, so surprise change orders are off the table.

Talk it through

Share your bathroom, your goals, and your must-haves. We listen first, then walk the space to understand what is behind the walls.

Fixed-price quote

You get a written scope and a fixed price for the bathroom you want. You know the full plan before you commit to anything.

Build with updates

Vetted crews build to a clear schedule with daily photo updates, so you follow every stage of the remodel even from work.

Final walkthrough

We close out every detail on a final walkthrough, then back the work with a 3-year workmanship warranty.

Because the price is set before demolition starts, a fixed-price bathroom remodel protects you from the price moving partway through the job. If you ask us to change the scope once we are underway, we price that change clearly and get your sign-off before we proceed. Every change is recorded in writing alongside the original scope.

I engaged Pinnacle Construction for a full kitchen renovation, including structural work and custom cabinetry. Overall experience: Excellent. They offered thoughtful design suggestions I hadn’t considered. The crew was professional, fastidious, and often went “above and beyond” to keep the project running smoothly. They were consistently communicative, upfront about delays, and flexible with changes—a rarity in my experience. The site was clean daily, and disruption was minimal—even though I worked from home. They provided a detailed contract, closely adhered to the agreed budget, and handled change orders transparently. Overall a great company to work with!

Daniel (owner) was doing an installation next door. My 83 year old mom needed to have her new bed lowered. The posts the bed sat upon were 8 inches high, and my Mom is about 4'11". Daniel and his assistant came after they finished their project, and spent 35 minutes cutting my Mom's bedposts in half to accommodate her height. It's now a perfect height. His kindness towards my Mom really touched our hearts. He had us only pay his assistant. He just asked if I could write a review. This was the easiest 5 star review that I've ever done. I highly recommend Pinnacle NW for any of your bathroom and kitchen plans.

Our Service Radius

Where we work from, and how far that reaches

Our shop is on SE Blanton Street in the Oak Grove area of Clackamas County, on Oregon 99E, the road most people here call McLoughlin Boulevard. Wikipedia puts that stretch about eight miles north of downtown Portland and about four miles south of Oregon City, and those two directions are most of our week.

South and east on 99E and I-205 covers Gladstone, Oregon City, West Linn and Happy Valley, with Oregon 224 running out to Clackamas where it becomes the Sunrise Expressway. North on 99E puts us in Portland where it becomes the Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Grand Avenue couplet. West over I-205 and I-5 reaches Lake Oswego on Oregon 43, then Tualatin where I-5 and I-205 meet, and up Oregon 217 to Tigard and Beaverton at the U.S. 26 interchange. U.S. 26 carries us out to Cedar Mill and Bethany. Across the Columbia we take either the Interstate Bridge on I-5 or the Glenn L. Jackson Memorial Bridge on I-205 into Clark County.

We come to you for the estimate anywhere in that radius. If your town is not on our service area page, call and ask, because the list is shorter than the map.
