What Homeowners Say
Rated 5.0 by 26 Portland homeowners
★★★★★
We recently had our living room, kitchen, and bathroom fully remodeled by Pinnacl Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and professional. The team was punctual, respectful of our home, and clearly skilled at what they do. The attention to detail was next level! our living room feels more open and modern, the kitchen looks like it came straight out of a magazine, and the bathroom transformation is just stunning. What really stood out was their communication. They kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything was done exactly how we envisioned it. If you’re thinking about remodeling your home, I highly recommend Pinnacl Construction. They truly brought our vision to life and exceeded all expectations.

From Our Job Log
A job we were called out for, in their words
A real Portland metro job, taken from the customer's own Google review. We do not put a town on a job unless the customer named one, so this is not being claimed as a Clark County project.
What they called about
A full kitchen renovation that took in structural work and custom cabinetry.
What we found
Design decisions the homeowner had not considered, plus the delays and change orders a job this size runs into.
What got done
The structural work and the custom cabinetry, on a detailed contract held close to the agreed budget, with change orders handled openly and the site cleaned daily while the owner worked from home.
★★★★★
They provided a detailed contract, closely adhered to the agreed budget, and handled change orders transparently.
Pinnacle NW Bath Remodel is a fixed-price remodeling contractor working across Clark County, Washington, including Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Salmon Creek, and Felida. We cross the river for you: we walk your home, put a written scope in front of you, and build to a fixed price with daily photo updates and a 3-year workmanship warranty. Kitchen, bathroom, custom, and whole-home remodeling, plus decks, millwork, and mold remediation.
- Do you serve all of Clark County? We work the populated southern half of the county: Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Salmon Creek, Felida, and the neighborhoods between them.
- Who issues the permit for my remodel in Clark County? Inside Vancouver, Camas, or Washougal, the city building department issues it.
- Your shop is in Oregon. Does crossing the river into Clark County change the project? No. The crossing is part of our normal routine. Your schedule is written before the first day on site, the crew keeps normal working hours, and the daily photo updates arrive the same way they do on the Oregon side.
- Is the fixed price in Clark County the same as on the Oregon side? Yes. We walk the house, write the scope, and set the price before demolition starts.
Remodeling across Clark County
Clark County is the southernmost county in Washington and the first one the state ever had: it was created on August 20, 1845 by the Provisional Government of Oregon as Vancouver County, then renamed in 1849 for William Clark of the Lewis and Clark Expedition. The 2020 census counted 503,311 residents, which makes it Washington's fifth most populous county and the third most populous in the Portland metro, sitting directly across the Columbia River from Portland.
We work the county's populated southern half: Vancouver and its neighborhoods, including Vancouver Heights, the mill towns of Camas and Washougal to the east, and the unincorporated communities of Salmon Creek and Felida to the north. Our shop is on the Oregon side, and the crossing is part of our normal routine, not a special trip.
Each community below has its own page with the local detail that matters: who issues your permit, what the housing tends to hide, and how we schedule around the bridges. Pick yours, or call (503) 341-9590 and tell us where you are.
The Clark County communities we serve
Vancouver
The county seat and largest city, including the Vancouver Heights neighborhoods.
Washougal
Fixed-price remodeling in Washougal, at the eastern edge of our Clark County coverage.
Salmon Creek
Unincorporated Clark County north of Vancouver. Permits run through the county.
Felida
Unincorporated Clark County northwest of Vancouver, near Vancouver Lake.
Permits and who has jurisdiction in Clark County
Vancouver, Camas, and Washougal each issue permits through their own city building department. Salmon Creek and Felida are unincorporated, so their permits run through Clark County. We handle the submittal and the inspection scheduling as part of the job, and the cost sits inside the fixed price.
Why your Clark County price is fixed before we start
A fixed-price contract means the number for your agreed scope is set in writing before anyone starts demolition. You are not exposed to surprise change orders because we did not look closely enough at the front end. That is why we walk the house first and why we open what needs opening before quoting. If we find something genuinely hidden, we bring it to you with options and a written price, the way we would want it handled in our own home.
You also get daily photo updates while your kitchen or bathroom is out of service, a clear schedule shared before the first day, a final walkthrough that closes out every punch-list item, and a 3-year workmanship warranty on what we build.

Getting There, and Who Inspects It
How we reach Clark County, and who issues your permit
From our shop to Clark County
Our shop is on SE Blanton Street in the Oak Grove area of Clackamas County, on Oregon 99E, the road most people here call McLoughlin Boulevard. It runs north toward downtown Portland and south toward Oregon City, which is how most of our service area gets reached. Measured straight-line from our shop's geocoded centre (45.3889857, -122.613645), that is about 9 miles to downtown Portland and about 2 miles to Oregon City - point-to-point distances, not drive times.
Clark County is across the Columbia. There are two crossings from the Oregon side: the Interstate Bridge, a pair of steel vertical-lift spans carrying I-5 that still opens for river traffic, and the Glenn L. Jackson Memorial Bridge, eight lanes of I-205 over Government Island, opened in 1982. Which one we use depends on where in the county the job is.
Vancouver, Camas and Washougal each run their own building department. Every unincorporated address, including Felida and Salmon Creek, is reviewed and inspected by Clark County Community Development. We pull the permits and book the inspections as part of the job, and the cost sits inside your fixed price rather than turning up later.
