What Homeowners Say
Rated 5.0 by 26 Portland homeowners
★★★★★
Responsive! High standards for fixing mold and water damage, reasonable price. Pinnacle got back to me quickly, provided a detailed quote -- I was never uncertain about what I was going to owe them-- worked with my schedule, and cleaned up a serious health threat beautifully. They tore down water damaged cabinets and reinforced or replaced every portion of the wall behind them in a couple days, with external health and safety reports verifying their work. They're a newer, smaller company, but the communication was great and I will definitely recommend them.
★★★★★
Had mold in the attic of a few units, called Danny and he had it all removed in less than 24 hours. Very professional and attentive. Will use again and highly recommend.
★★★★★

From Our Job Log
A job we were called out for, in their words
A real Portland metro job, taken from the customer's own Google review. We do not put a town on a job unless the customer named one, so this is not being claimed as a Washington County project.
What they called about
A living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, remodeled together.
What we found
Owners who knew exactly what they wanted each room to become, and a house they were still living in.
What got done
All three rooms were remodeled, the living room opened up, and the owners were kept informed at every step.
★★★★★
The team was punctual, respectful of our home, and clearly skilled at what they do.

Remodeling across Washington County
Washington County is the second most populous county in Oregon, with 600,372 residents at the 2020 census, and its county seat is Hillsboro. It was created in 1843 under the name Twality and renamed for the nation's first president in 1849. The Tualatin River and its drainage basin sit almost entirely inside the county, which is why most of the places we work here, from Tualatin itself to Sherwood, share the valley's geography: creek corridors, sloped lots, and housing built in distinct waves as the county grew.
We work the county's eastern side, the part that faces Portland: Beaverton, Tigard, Sherwood, and Tualatin among the cities, and Cedar Mill and Bethany in the large unincorporated area north of U.S. 26. Bethany alone grew from 20,646 residents to 31,350 between 2010 and 2020, and that pace shows up in our work, because newer construction remodels differently than the older stock closer in.
Each community below has its own page with the local detail that matters: who issues your permit, what we find behind the walls, and how the neighborhood affects scheduling. Pick yours, or call (503) 341-9590 and tell us where you are.
The Washington County communities we serve
Beaverton
Kitchen and bath remodeling across Beaverton's established neighborhoods.
Tigard
Fixed-price remodeling in Tigard, backed by a 3-year workmanship warranty.
Sherwood
A high-ownership city in the county's southeast corner. Work done properly once.
Tualatin
On the Tualatin River, mostly in Washington County with a corner in Clackamas. We confirm jurisdiction before we submit.
Cedar Mill
Unincorporated, on creek-corridor terrain. Permits run through the county, and floors are rarely level.
Bethany
One of the fastest-growing places in the metro. Newer, family-heavy housing north of U.S. 26.
Permits and who has jurisdiction in Washington County
Beaverton, Tigard, Sherwood, and Tualatin each issue permits through their own city building department. Cedar Mill and Bethany are unincorporated, so their permits run through Washington County. Tualatin and Wilsonville both cross county lines, and for those addresses we confirm the governing jurisdiction before submitting anything. We pull the permit under Oregon CCB #258040 and schedule the inspections as part of the job.
Why your Washington County price is fixed before we start
A fixed-price contract means the number for your agreed scope is set in writing before anyone starts demolition. You are not exposed to surprise change orders because we did not look closely enough at the front end. That is why we walk the house first and why we open what needs opening before quoting. If we find something genuinely hidden, we bring it to you with options and a written price, the way we would want it handled in our own home.
You also get daily photo updates while your kitchen or bathroom is out of service, a clear schedule shared before the first day, a final walkthrough that closes out every punch-list item, and a 3-year workmanship warranty on what we build.

Getting There, and Who Inspects It
How we reach Washington County, and who issues your permit
From our shop to Washington County
Our shop is on SE Blanton Street in the Oak Grove area of Clackamas County, on Oregon 99E, the road most people here call McLoughlin Boulevard. It runs north toward downtown Portland and south toward Oregon City, which is how most of our service area gets reached. Measured straight-line from our shop's geocoded centre (45.3889857, -122.613645), that is about 9 miles to downtown Portland and about 2 miles to Oregon City - point-to-point distances, not drive times.
Washington County is the Tualatin Valley side of our map, reached over U.S. 26 to the north end and down I-5 and OR 217 to the south end.
Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood and the other incorporated cities each run their own building department. Everywhere unincorporated, including Bethany and Cedar Mill, goes through Washington County Building Services. We pull the permits and book the inspections as part of the job, and the cost sits inside your fixed price rather than turning up later.

Questions
Washington County remodeling FAQs
Do you serve all of Washington County?
We work the county's eastern side: Beaverton, Tigard, Sherwood, Tualatin, Cedar Mill, Bethany, and the communities between them. Hillsboro and points west are farther than we normally travel, but call (503) 341-9590 and we will give you a straight answer either way.
Who issues the permit for my remodel in Washington County?
Inside Beaverton, Tigard, Sherwood, or Tualatin, the city building department issues it. Cedar Mill and Bethany are unincorporated, so those permits run through Washington County. We handle the submittal and the inspection scheduling as part of the job.
My address is in Tualatin but my county is Clackamas. Does that change anything?
It can change which office issues the permit, which is why we confirm the governing jurisdiction for county-line addresses before we submit. It does not change the price, the scope, or the schedule we put in writing.
Is the fixed price the same everywhere in Washington County?
Yes. We walk the house, write the scope, and set the price before demolition starts, whatever the address. If something about your site affects the quote, it is spelled out in writing before you commit.
Which Washington County communities have their own page?
Beaverton, Tigard, Sherwood, Tualatin, Cedar Mill, and Bethany each have a dedicated page with local permit and housing detail.
Are you licensed and insured to work in Washington County?
Yes. Pinnacle NW LLC holds Oregon CCB #258040 and is bonded and insured in Oregon, which covers work anywhere in the state. You can verify the license through the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, and our licensed and bonded page walks through how.
